摘  要:采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理玉米酒精废水,对UASB反应器的启动过程和工艺参数进行了研究.进水COD浓度从1 710mg/L逐渐提高到24 614mg/L.实验结果表明:在室温条件下,反应器稳定运行后有机负荷达到8.47kg/(m3·d);沼气中平均甲烷含量达到62%;池容产气率达到4.64m3/(m3·d);反应器运行稳定后COD去除率达到90%以上.启动过程中降低了进水pH,即使进水pH低于4.5,反应器仍能稳定运行.反应器启动完成后,发现污泥层中形成了直径约2~4mm的颗粒污泥,颗粒污泥的形成为反应器高效稳定运行奠定基础.The treatment of corn alcohol wastewater was carried out by up flow anaerobic sludge bed. The startup process and process parameters of the UASB reactor were studied.The influent COD con centration gradually increased from 1 710 mg/I. to 24 614 mg/L. The experimental results show that the organic loading rate reaches 8.47 kg/(m^3·d).The gas production rate of the tank reached 4.64 m3/(m^3·d) and the average methane content in biogas reaches 62%.Moreover,the COD degradation rate was more than 90% after stable reactor operation.Gradually reduce the influent pH during the ex periment,and the reactor remains stable even the influent pH is below 4.5.After the reactor was star ted,granular sludge about 2-4 mm was formed in the sludge layer,which laid a foundation for later operation.
