基于生命周期理论的高校科协联盟的组织模式研究

摘　　要：高校科协联盟对于高校科协的生存与发展具有重要的作用。本文首先对高校科协联盟的概念与基本属性进行界定,并从组织结构与组织形态两个方面对高校科协联盟的组织模式进行分析,然后基于生命周期理论指出不同阶段内由于组织目标及实际情况的变化,高校科协联盟的组织模式选择发生的变化。最后对湖北省高校科协工作研究会、陕西省高校科协联合会、江苏省高校科协三个案例进行对比分析,对于其他省市组建高校科协联盟具有一定的借鉴意义。UASTU（ The Union of Association for Science and Technology in Universities） plays an important role in the survival and development of Association for Science and Technology in Universities. Firstly, this paper defines the concept and basic attributes of UASTU, and then analyzes its organizational model in the aspects of organizational structure and organizational form. Secondly, based on the life cycle theory, this paper discusses that the organizational model of UASTU would be different in every life cycle stage, because the goal and environment change with development of organization. Finally, the case study of Hubei, Shaanxi and Jiangsu would provide reference for establishment of UASTU in other regions.
