摘　　要：针对当代软件产业的发展情况,基于CDIO理念,提出采用SE-CDIO模式建设人才培养创新实验区,以达到教育的开展与产业相结合的目的。结合当前软件工程专业的特性和实际情况,不断完善适合软件工程教学的SE-CDIO模式。该模式的运用不仅提高了学生的编程能力,同时锻炼了团队合作能力,让学生完全融入学习的氛围中,很好地诠释了"做与学相结合"的理念,对培养创新实验区的建设起到了举足轻重的作用。Under the circumstance of the development of the contemporary software industry, we propose an SE-CDIO model based on the CDIO concept for building personnel training innovative experimental areas and realize the parallel development of education and the industry. Based on the characteristics and actual conditions of the current software engineering major, we continuously improve the SE-CDIO model and make it suitable for software engineering teaching. The application of this model not only improves students’ programming capability, but also improves team cooperation ability and allows the students to fully integrate into the learning atmosphere. In the article, we well explain how the ＂combination of doing and learning＂ can play a pivotal role in cultivating innovation experimental areas.
