摘 要:为提高企业的创新能力,通过分析企业创新的影响因素,构建企业创新过程的自组织演化动力学方程,研究了企业创新系统的自组织演化机制;通过数值仿真具体分析了企业创新过程中的稳定性与分岔、突变与渐变等现象;最后给出了提高企业创新能力建议,以增强市场竞争力。研究结果表明,创新成熟度是由动力系数和阻尼系数共同决定的,动力系数促进创新,阻尼系数阻碍创新;企业创新过程中突变的发生主要由外界环境因素决定;随机涨落力决定企业创新过程的演化方向。In order to enhanceinnovation ability of the enterprise, a dynamic equation reflecting the self-organization evolution of the enterprise innovation process was established by analyzing the influencing factors of enterprise innovation, and the self-organization evolution mechanism of the enterprise innovation system was explored. Afterwards, the numerical simulation was conducted to detailed analyze the phenom- enon in the process of enterprise innovation, such as stability and bifurcation, mutation and gradient. Fi- nally some suggestions were put ket competitiveness. The results forward to promote the enterprise' show that the innovation maturity s innovation ability, to enhance its maris determined collaboratively by the dy-namic coefficient and damping coefficient, the dynamic coefficient promotes innovation, on the contrary, the damping coefficient hinders innovation. It is mainly decided by the environmental factors that the oc- currence of mutation in the enterprise innovation process, and its evolution direction is determined by the stochastic fluctuation.
