摘 要:对已使用的超高压聚乙烯管式反应器的材料30CrNiMo8低合金钢进行不同温度和时间的短时超温实验,在此基础上对其进行金相组织检验,扫描电镜观察和硬度测试,研究短时超温对超高压管式反应器材料微观组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:30CrNiMo8钢在短时超温中组织明显异常,晶粒长大并且碳化物增多;随着超温温度的增加,室温硬度在一定范围内逐渐减小,但当达到相变温度,硬度陡然增大;随着超温时间的增加,组织的晶粒增大,而材料的硬度反而减小。Short-time overheating experiment of different temperature and time for the material 30CrNiMo8 steel used in theservice of the ultra?high pressure LDPE reactor was conducted. Through a serious of test of metallographic examination, SEM ob?servation and hardness test on steel, the ultra-high pressure LDPE reactor material microstructure and hardness of reactor causedby overheating was investigated. Test results show that there is an obvious change of microstructure for 30CrNiMo8 steel, whosegrain grows and carbide growth during the overheating process. With the increase of supertemperature, the hardness at room tem-perature decreases gradually within limits, but when it reaches the phase-change temperature, the hardness increases sharply.With the increase of overheating time, the grain size of the microstructure is increased, but the hardness of the material is de-creased.
