摘  要:文中介绍了正拱形爆破片的3种型式:LP正拱普通型爆破片、LF正拱开缝型爆破片和LC正拱带槽型爆破片,介绍了这3种正拱形爆破片的爆破方式和特点。对LC正拱带槽型爆破片平刀压痕和弧形刀压痕这两种生产工艺及试验数据进行分析比较。试验分析对比表明,对于中低压爆破压力来说,这两种爆破片均可满足需求。对于高压爆破压力或者实际操作条件下工作压力较高的情况下,优先选用弧形刀压痕的LC正拱带槽型爆破片。弧形刀压痕可控性强,稳定性较好。This paper introduced three types of domed bursting disc: LP domed ordinary type bursting disc, LF domed slot-ted type bursting disc and LC domed grooved type bursting disc. This paper introduced the blasting method and characteristics ofthese three types of domed bursting disc. The two production techniques and experimental data of LC domed grooved type burstingdisc linear blade indentation method and arc?shaped indentation blade method were compared and analyzed. Experimental analy-sis and comparison show that for the lower pressure bursting equipment, both types of the domed grooved type bursting disc canmeet the demands. However, in the case of higher bursting pressure equipment or relatively high working pressure under practicaloperating conditions, the LC domed grooved type bursting disc with arc-shaped indentation blade method is preferred. The arc-shaped indentation blade method has the advantages of strong controllability and good stability.
