摘 要:计算机仿真技术对于光声成像的理论研究和实际应用具有重要意义。该文利用开源工具箱k-Wave搭建了基于Matlab的光声成像仿真平台。该平台以有限元方法和k空间伪谱法为数值计算基础,实现了对光声成像前向和后向过程的仿真计算,并设计实现了图形用户界面。给出了整个平台的结构设计、工作流程以及其他设计细节。通过和光声信号理论波形的对比,验证了该平台的可靠性;通过和COMSOL软件进行重建结果的对比,验证了该平台的有效性,从而为光声成像技术的研究提供了一种可靠的仿真技术。Numerical simulation is a powerful technology for photoacoustic imaging (PAl) in both theory studies and practical applications. In this paper, a simulation platform for PAl was designed and implemented based on Matlab. The simulation platform utilized finite element method (FEM)and k-space pseudospectral method to calculate the forward and inverse problem of PAl. And a graphical user interface (GUI) was realized. Structural design, work process and other operating details of the platform was also provided. By compared with theoretical temporal waveform of photoacoustic signal and reconstruction results of COMSOL, the validity and reliability was verified, And a reliable simulation tool was proposed for PAl.
