祛风抗敏方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价祛风抗敏方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期风哮证的临床疗效。方法将100例辨证为风哮证的急性发作期哮喘患者随机分为2组,对照组予以常规综合基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用祛风抗敏方,2组均治疗7 d。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状体征积分、血清嗜酸粒细胞水平的变化,评价2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后中医症状体征单项积分(喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、胸膈满闷、哮鸣音)和总分均显著降低(P均<0. 05),且治疗组喘息、咳嗽、胸膈满闷积分和总分均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。治疗组治愈率、显控率均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05)。治疗后治疗组血嗜酸粒细胞无显著性变化(P> 0. 05),而对照组治疗后血嗜酸粒细胞较治疗前显著上升(P <0. 05);治疗组平均住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论祛风抗敏方通过抑制支气管哮喘急性发作期血嗜酸粒细胞的上升,控制哮喘的急性发作,从而改善临床症状,并缩短平均住院时间,疗效明显。Objective It is to assess the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Kangmin Decoction on bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation. Methods 100 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma of syndrome of wind asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with conventional basic Chinese and western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Qufeng Kangmin Decoction on the basis of therapy in the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The changes of the scores of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and the levels of blood eosinophils before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical curative effects were assessed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medical symptoms and signs （wheezing, cough, expectoration, chest distress） were significantly decreased in the two groups（ P 〈0.05）, and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The cure rate and control rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. No significant change of blood eosinophil count and percentage of eosinophils was found in the treatment group after treatment （ P 〉0.05）, but the blood eosinophils increased significantly after treatment in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The average hospital stay in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Qufeng Kangmin Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the average hospitalization time by inhibiting the rise of blood eosinophils during the acute attack of bronchial asthma, its curative is good.
