新时代地质调查支撑服务脱贫攻坚模式探讨——以赣州地区为例

摘　　要：中国地质调查局及相关单位针对赣南革命老区脱贫攻坚对地质调查工作的需求,在特色农业发展、支撑饮用水安全和保障生产用水、服务优势矿产勘查与开发、绿色矿业发展、特色旅游开发、资源综合利用技术创新等方面,部署实施了一批地质调查项目,取得一批地质调查工作成果,建设成一批示范工程与示范基地并初步转化为经济效益,地质调查工作支持服务脱贫攻坚取得了显著成效,探索形成行业特色明显的新时期"地质调查+"扶贫模式。下一步需要在绿色矿山、优势资源勘查开发、水文地质、新能源勘查开发等方面继续加大投入力度,推动示范工程与示范基地建设,强化实效,促进老区资源优势向经济优势和发展优势转化。China Geological Survey and the relevant organizations have adopted a series of major measures with a view to promoting poverty alleviation of Gannan old revolutionary base. For example, a number of geological survey projects have been implemented regarding the characteristic agricultural development, support drinking water safety, the guarantee for water supply on production, providing service for superior mineral exploration and development, technological innovation in green mining development, feature tourist development, comprehensive utilization of resources. A number of results of the geological survey work and demonstration projects and demonstration bases have been made. These efforts have led to notable results. “Geological survey plus poverty alleviation model” has been formed. The next step we must be done as follows. The level of funding for these initiatives such as green mining, superior resources exploration and development, hydrogeology, new energy exploration and development must be increased on a constant basis. Demonstration projects and demonstration base must be promoted. At the same time, the actual effect must be strengthened so as to promote the transfer of old areas＇ resource advantages to economic advantages and development advantages.
