摘  要:目的建立金樱子指纹图谱,为提高金樱子质量标准奠定基础,为规范金樱子饮片市场及确保药材内在质量的均一性和稳定性提供较全面的质量控制手段。方法采用HPLC结合《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)》对金樱子指纹图谱进行相似度评价并建立共有模式,采用SPSS19.0软件进行聚类分析。结果初步建立了金樱子HPLC指纹图谱,确定了10个不同产地金樱子指纹图谱的9个共有峰。结论本方法建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于金樱子质量评价。Objective To establish the fingerprint of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus; To lay a foundation for improving the quality standard of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus; To provide a comprehensive quality control method for the market standardization of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus sample to ensure the quality of medicinal materials internal homogeneity and stability. Methods HPLC method and TCM Chromatogram Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System (2012 edition) were used to evaluate the similarity and establish the common mode of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus, and the SPSS19.0 software was used for cluster analysis. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus was established, and a total of 9 common peaks of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus from 10 different producing areas were marked. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint established in this study can be used for the quality evaluation of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus.
