运用温化痰饮法治疗甲状腺癌放疗后顽固性呃逆

摘　　要：目前,术后放疗是甲状腺癌常用的治疗手段。顽固性呃逆是甲状腺癌放疗后常见并发症之一,患者常呃逆频频、气冲喉咽,难以自制,以致吞咽困难、话语断续,甚至影响正常生活,西医治疗效果欠佳,且不良反应较多,而中医治疗优势明显。本文基于《金匮要略》"病痰饮者,当以温药和之"理论,从甲状腺癌的病理特点及其放疗后呃逆的病机特点,阐述运用温化痰饮法治疗甲状腺癌放疗后顽固性呃逆的治疗思路。Currently, postoperative radiotherapy is a common treatment for thyroid cancer. Intractable hiccups is one of the common complications after radiotherapy for thyroid cancer. Patients often have frequent sputum, qi to throat, and are difficult to control, which may cause difficulty in swallowing, intermittent speech, and even affect normal life. Western medicine has poor therapeutic effect and adverse reactions, while TCM treatment has obvious advantages. Based on the theory of “phlegm-fluid retention can be cured by herbs warm in nature” in Jin Gui Yao Lue, this article explained the treatment for intractable hiccups of thyroid cancer after radiotherapy by using Wenhua Tanyin Method warmly resolving phlegm-fluid retention from pathological features of thyroid cancer and intractable hiccup after radiotherapy.
