摘　　要：刘国安主任医师认为,胆囊切除术后综合征中医病机以肝胆郁滞为主,兼肝胃不和、脾虚湿困、血瘀等,治以疏肝利胆为主,辅以健脾和胃、祛湿、活血化瘀为法,选用名家李培生及《卜用方》之疏肝利胆汤为基本方,酌以健脾、祛湿、活血等,临床疗效显著。Professor LIU Guo-an believes that TCM pathogenesis of post cholecystectomy syndrome is liver-gall stasis, combined with liver and stomach imbalance, spleen deficiency and dampness and blood stasis, so the treatment should be Shugan Lidan （dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow） and combined with tonifying spleen and stomach, clearing dampness, and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Shugan Lidan Decoction from the master LI Pei-sheng and Bu Yong Fang is used as the basic prescription, which is also combined with prescriptions with the efficacy of tonifying spleen, clearing dampness and activating blood circulation, with obvious clinical efficacy.
