摘　　要：本文介绍施安丽教授运用先天经络疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭临床经验。施教授认为,阳气亏虚是慢性心力衰竭的主要病机,温补阳气为治疗本病的关键。其创用先天经络疗法,以神阙为轴心补元阳,调任脉而助三焦气化,补脾胃以充养先天,临床疗效显著。This article introduced the clinical experience of Professor SHI An-li in treating chronic heart failure by applying Congenital Meridian Therapy. Professor Shi considers “yang qi deficiency” is the main pathogenesis of chronic heart failure, and “warm yang and tonify qi” is the key of treating the disease. Professor SHI An-li creates the Congenital Meridian Therapy which uses Shenque as the axis to tonify yang, adjust conception meridian to activate triple energizer, and supply spleen and stomach to nurture congenital conditions. It has a remarkable clinical effect.
