利用提花组织开发立体感花型纬编面料的研究

摘　　要：立体感花型的纬编面料具有独特外观,在服用及装饰用领域有着广阔的发展前景.选取粗细纱、水溶性维纶混纺线等原料,结合流行元素选择花纹图案,采用提花组织进行两类不同风格立体感花型纬编面料的设计与试制,并总结了工艺要点.Three-dimensional stereo pattern weft knitted fabric has unique artistic charm and broad prospects in clothing and furnishings. With two aspects of raw material and pattern in jacquard, the design and trial production of the two types of weft knitted fabrics were developed using coarse and fine yarn, cotton/water-soluble PVA blended yarn, and visual illusion according to fashion. Two types of design possess different style of three-dimensional stereo pattern. The main points of the technology were summarized.
