新西兰理工类学院教学管理与启示——以新西兰尼尔森马尔伯勒理工学院(NMIT)为例

摘　　要：本文以新西兰尼尔森马尔伯勒理工学院为例,通过调研,访谈和查看文件等方式,阐述了新西兰理工类学院在教学计划管理、教学运行管理和教学质量管理三个维度的教学管理与实施,同时指出了我国高等职业院校在教学管理与实施中的启示。This article takes New Zealand Institute of Technology as an example, through research, interviews and examination of docu-ments, this paper expounds the teaching management and implementation of New Zealand Institute of Technology in the three dimensionsof teaching planning management, teaching operation management and teaching quality management. At the same time, it points out theenlightenment of higher vocational colleges in teaching management and implementation.
