我国卫生监督机构名称使用现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前我国卫生监督机构名称使用现状。方法普查获得全国省级卫生监督机构名称,抽样调查获得样本省的市、县级机构名称。结果目前全国卫生监督机构名称的区域名均做到了与管辖范围的一致;矢名主要围绕"卫生、计生、监督"有25种类别,其中以"卫生监督、卫生计生监督、卫生计生监督执法"3种居多;格级名则主要有"所、局、队、中心"4种类别。就全国省级机构而言,"监督所"和"监督局"的叫法较多;从省、市、县三级机构名称一致性角度看,机构名称主要呈现"上下一致"、"上下有别"和"上下混用"三种形式。结论目前我国卫生监督机构名称种类繁多,杂乱无章,亟待出台机构名称命名规范以统一机构名称、整齐监督队伍,为今后的监督执法工作亮出规范且自信的铭牌。Objective To learn about the current situation of the names of health supervision institutions in China. Methods The names of provincial health supervision institutions were obtained by census, and the names of municipal and county-level institutions were obtained by sampling survey. Results At present, the regional names of the national health supervision institutions are consistent with the scope of their jurisdiction; there are 25 types of main names around ＂health, family planning, and supervision＂, of which ＂health supervision, health and family planning supervision, health and family planning supervision and law enforcement＂ are the most common; the rank names are mainly ＂station, bureau, team, cen- ter＂. As far as provincial-level organizations are concerned, there are many names for ＂ supervision stations＂ and ＂supervi- sory bureaus＂; from the point of view of the consistency of the names of provincial, municipal and county-level organiza- tions, they can be divided into three types： consistency, different from top to bottom, and mixed up and down. Conclusion At present, the names of health supervision institutions in China are various and disorderly. It is urgent to introduce the name naming norms of institutions to unify the name of the institutions and neatly supervise the supervision team, which will show a standardized and confident brand for the future supervision and law enforcement work.
