摘 要:将用2-烯丙巯基烟酸(ANA)为功能单体聚合得到的Pd(Ⅱ)离子印迹聚合物(IIP)与石墨粉掺杂,制备出了一种Pd(Ⅱ)离子印迹碳糊电极(IIP-CPE).在优化后的实验条件下,所制得的电极不仅具有良好的稳定性和重现性,而且还具有表面容易更新、使用方便等优点.以该电极为工作电极,在p H 3.6的0.2mol/L HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液中,利用安培计时法,建立了一种测定Pd(Ⅱ)的电化学分析法.该方法测定Pd(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0.028~40.8μmol/L,检出限为0.017μmol/L,将其用于催化剂和植物样品中钯的含量测定,相对标准偏差小于4.8%,加标回收率在95.7%~102.8%内.A new Pd( Ⅱ ) ion-imprinted polymer particles were synthesized by precipition polymerization u- sing ANA as functional monomer.And an ion imprinted carbon paste electrode (IIP-CPE) for the determination of Pd( Ⅱ ) was prepared using the Pd( Ⅱ ) ion-imprinted polymer particles as recognition material.The proper- ties of the obtained IIP-CPE were researched by the amperometry method in 0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solu- tion (pH 3.6).The IIP-CPE showed high stability,good reproducibility ,easy to update and simple to operation. The linear range for the determination of Pd ( Ⅱ ) using the IIP- CPE as working electrode was obtained as 0.028--40.8 μmoL/L,and the detection limit was detected to be 0.017 μmol/L.The IIP-CPE was applied to determine the concentration of Pd( Ⅱ ) in two real samples with the result of recoveries ranging from 97.5% to 102. 8% and RSD of less than 4.8%.
