校园快递“最后一公里”服务模式研究

摘　　要：文章分析了国内校园快递的发展情况,剖析了校园快递的基础特征,提出校园快递"最后一公里"问题的解决方案;根据目前几种校园快递模式所存在的优缺点,提出了基于微信公众号和智能快递柜的智能型创新服务模式,并进行了可行性分析。This article analyzed the development of campus express and the basic characteristics of campus express. It puts forward the solutions in the ＂last kilometer＂ of campus express delivery. According to the advantages and disadvantages existing in several campus express modes, this article puts forward the intelligent innovation service mode based on WeChat and intelligent express cabinet, and makes the feasibility analysis.
