摘　　要：教师考核评价改革是激发高校教师教学、科研、创新创业活力的有效手段,具有实现高校人才培养科学发展社会服务等功能。文章梳理了教师考评的产生、发展过程,分析了目前教师考评存在的问题与根源,探索了以浙江万里学院为例的应用型本科高校教师考核评价体系推广有效路径:"一体二翼"运行机制、"二级管理"保障机制、"双向多元"评价机制。The reform of teachers＂ assessment and evaluation is an effective means to stimulate the teaehing, seientifie researeh and innovation of eollege teaehers. It has the funetions of realizing the seientifie development of university talents and soeial serviees. This artiele has eombed the produetion and development proeess of teaehers＂ evaluation, analyzed the problems and roots of the present evaluation of teaehers, and explored the effeetive ways to popularize the evaluation system of the applied undergraduate eollege teaehers, whieh took Zhejiang Wanli University as an example： ＂one of the two wings＂ operation meehanism, the ＂two level management＂ guarantee meehanism and the ＂two- way multiple＂ evaluation meehanism.
