基于PubMed的致心律失常型右室心肌病研究热点分析

摘　　要：目的统计致心律失常型右室心肌病(ARVD)的研究文献,分析目前医学领域内对该主题的研究情况。方法基于PubMed数据库,检索在2008年2月27日~2018年2月23日发表的有关致心律失常型右室心肌病的文献并进行调查分析,统计主题词出现的频次,使用SPSS统计软件20.0对词篇矩阵进行聚类分析,分析得到当前关于致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究热点。结果检索到关于致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究文章共1088篇,高频主题词为38个,通过对38个主题词的聚类分析得到7个研究热点:致心律失常型右室心肌病的病因学、诊断方法、病理生理、病理、遗传、流行病学及兽医学研究。结论通过对PubMed主题词的聚类分析很好地挖掘出致心律失常型右室心肌病的研究热点,可为科研选题提供参考。Objective To study the literature of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia（ARVD） and analyze thecurrent research in this field. Methods Based on the PubMed database, the literature on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy published from February 27, 2008 to February 23, 2018 was searched and analyzed. The frequencyof occurrence of statistical keywords was counted. Cluster analysis of the lexical matrix was performed by SPSS statistical software 20.0. The current research focus on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy was obtained by analysis. Results A total of 1088 research articles on arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy were retrieved, and38 high-frequency keywords were used. Seven research hotspots were obtained through cluster analysis of 38 subjectwords： the etiology of arrhythmogenic right ventricle, diagnostic methods, pathophysiology, pathology, genetics, epidemiology and veterinary research of cardiomyopathy. Conclusion The clustering analysis of PubMed keywords can be usedto mine the research hotspots of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, which can provide reference for scientific research topics.
