摘  要:以2种组分不同的牌号为1778的丁苯橡胶(SBR)(结合苯乙烯质量分数为23. 3%、环烷基油质量分数为27. 16%的SBR-1和结合苯乙烯质量分数为24. 0%、环烷基油质量分数为27. 09%的SBR-2)为研究对象,考察了SBR 1778生胶的门尼黏度对其硫化胶25 min 300%定伸应力(M_(25))、35 min300%定伸应力(M_(35))、50 min 300%定伸应力(M_(50))及拉伸强度、扯断伸长率的影响。结果表明,2种SBR1778生胶的门尼黏度增大,硫化胶的M_(25)、M_(35)、M_(50)、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均呈线性升高,且门尼黏度值每增加1,SBR-1和SBR-2的M_(25)、M_(35)、M_(50)分别升高约0. 05 MPa和0. 04 MPa、0. 10 MPa和0. 09 MPa、0. 05 MPa和0. 05 MPa,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别升高0. 10 MPa和0. 11 MPa、1. 93%和1. 76%。Two kinds of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR, brand of 1778 ) with different component ( SBR-1 with mass fraction of bound styrene 23.3% and oil 27.16%, SBR-2 with mass fraction of bound styrene 24.0% and oil 27.09% ) as study object, the effects of Mooney viscosity of SBR 1778 on tensile properties of the vulcanizatc such as 300% stress at 25 min (M25), 35 min(M35) and 50 min(M50), tensile strength, elongation at break were investigated. The results showed that with increasing Mooney viscosity of two kinds of SBR 1778, M25, M35, M50, tensile strength and elongation at break of SBR 1778 vulcanizates increased linearly. When Mooney viscosity increased by 1, M25, M35, M50 of SBR-1 and SBR-2 increased about 0.05 MPa and 0. 04 MPa, 0. 10 MPa and 0.09 MPa, 0.05 MPa and 0.05 MPa respeetively, tensile strength inereased about 0. 10 MPa and 0. 11 MPa, and elongation at break increased about 1.93% and 1.76%.
