摘 要:以氨基苯磺酸为改性剂,采用重氮盐法对石墨烯改性制得磺化石墨烯(SGE),将其与天然胶乳(NRL)共混制备了NRL复合胶膜,并考察了SGE用量对复合胶膜物理机械性能、热稳定性、气密性及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,石墨烯表面成功接枝了磺酸基团;随着SGE用量的增加,NRL复合胶膜的拉伸强度先增大后减小,当SGE用量为0. 8份时拉伸强度达到最大值37. 9 MPa,同时扯断伸长率先减小后增大,邵尔A硬度逐渐提高,热稳定性及气密性得到改善; SGE均匀分散在NRL中,改善了界面结合性能。With p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid as modifier, sulfonated graphene (SGE) was prepared by diazonium salt method, and the natural rubber later(NRL) composite film was prepared by SGE blending with NRL. Effects of SGE amounts on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, gas impermeability and microstructure of the composite film were investigated. The results showed that sulfonic acid group was grafted on the graphene surface. With the increase of SGE amount, the tensile strength of the composite film increased first and then decreased, and the tensile strength reached the maximum value of 37.9 MPa when SGE was 0. 8 phr. Furthermore, the elongation at break of the composite film decreased first and then increased, Shore A hardness increased gradually, thermal stability and gas impermeability were improved. SGE dispersed uniformly in NRL, and the interface bonding function was improved.
