摘  要:以维生素C和二氧化铈(CeO_2)合成的维生素C-稀土配合物(VCCe)为填料,制备了不含炭黑的氟橡胶(FKM)复合材料,考察了VCCe用量对复合材料硫化特性、物理机械性能、压缩永久变形、耐热氧老化性能和耐臭氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,VCCe具有一定的硫化促进作用,可使FKM混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,最大转矩、最小转矩和转矩差值增大;随着VCCe用量的增加,FKM复合材料的压缩永久变形先减小后增大,交联密度、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均先增大后减小,邵尔A硬度不断增大,且VCCe能够有效改善FKM复合材料的耐热氧老化性能和耐臭氧老化性能,当VCCe为30份时,复合材料的性能最佳。Fluorine rubber (FKM) composites without carbon black were prepared with vitamin C- rare earth complex (VCCe) formed with vitamin C and cerium oxide as fillers. The effects of VCEe amount on curing characteristics, mechanical prop- erties, compression permanent set, thermal and oxygen aging resistance and ozone aging resistance of the composites were investigated. The results showed that VCCe could accelerate the vulcanization of FKM compounds, shorten the scorching time and optimum cure time, and increase the maximum torque, minimum torque and torque difference; with increasing VCCe amount, the compression permanent set of FKM composites decreased first and then increased, and the crosslink density, tensile strength and elongation at break increased first and then decreased. Shore A hardness increased with the increase of VCCe amount. VCCe could effectively improve the thermal and oxygen aging resistance and ozone aging resistance of FKM compocites. When VCCe was 30 phr, the properties of the composites were the best.
