摘  要:车床主轴结构拆装实验是机械制造基础课程的一个重要实验,其目的是让学生了解车床主轴系统的组成与布局,掌握主轴的传动方式与结构。基于UG NX平台完成了该虚拟拆装实验的开发,可视化地展示了主轴的结构并虚拟仿真其拆装和传动过程。通过该虚拟拆装实验缓解了实际教学中实验装置缺乏的问题,加深了学生对理论知识的理解,提高了实验教学质量。Lathe spindle structure disassembly/assembly experiment is an important experiment in basic course of mechanical manufacturing. Its purpose is to let the students know the composition and layout of the lathe spindle system, master transmission mode and structure of the spindle. In the paper, based on UG NX, the virtual disassembly/assembly experiment was completed. The structure and virtual simulation of disassembly/assembly and transmission process of the spindle were showed visually. Through the virtual disassembly/assembly experiment, the contradiction of the lack of experiment devices in practical teaching was eased, the students’ understanding about theoretical knowledge were deepen, the quality of experiment teaching was improved.
