摘 要:烂铃是棉花生产中的重要病害,其中疫病的发病比例(90%)最高,为筛选有效的化学药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了15种杀菌剂对棉铃疫病病原菌(临清)的毒力,并对抑菌活性较好的药剂进行离体棉铃药效试验。毒力测定结果表明:EC50值低于300 mg/L的有10种,分别是:多抗霉素、苯醚甲环唑、吲唑磺菌胺、肟菌酯·戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯、氢氧化铜、烯酰吗啉、氟啶胺、醚菌酯、嘧菌酯;药效结果表明,接菌前施用50%吲唑磺菌胺水分散粒剂800 mg/L、0. 3%多抗霉素水剂100 mg/L、50%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂1 800 mg/L、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂600 mg/L和0. 3%多抗霉素水剂50 mg/L的防效分别为84. 38%、81. 25%、76. 56%、73. 44%和70. 83%,防治效果较好;接菌后施用10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂600 mg/L、75%肟菌酯·戊唑醇水分散粒剂800 mg/L、0. 3%多抗霉素水剂100 mg/L和10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂300 mg/L的防效分别为52. 48%、51. 49%、49. 50%和47. 52%,防治效果较好。Boll rot is the important disease in cotton production, in which,the incidence rate of cotton boll rot was the highest (90%). In order to screen effective fungicides, the toxicities of fifteen fungicides to the pathogen isolate of cotton boll blight (Linqing) were determined by the method of mycelium growth rate in vitro, and then the control effects of fungicides with good antibacterial activity were tested on cotton bolls. The results of toxicity test showed that the EC 50 value of 10 fungicides (polyoxin, difenoconazole, amisulbrom, trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole, pyraclostrobin, cupric hydroxide, dimethomorph, fluazinam, kresoxim-methyl, azoxystrobin) were lower than 300 mg/L. The results of control effects showed that 50% amisulbrom WG (800 mg/L), 0.3% polyoxin AS (100 mg/L), 50% dimethomorph WG (1 800 mg/L), 10% difenoconazole WG (600 mg/L) and 0.3% polyoxin AS (50 mg/L) showed better control effects for non-inoculated cotton bolls with the value of 84.38%, 81.25%, 76.56%, 73.44% and 70.83% respectively;and 10% difenoconazole WG (600 mg/L), 75% trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole WG (800 mg/L), 0.3% polyoxin AS (100 mg/L) and 10% difenoconazole WG (300 mg/L) showed better control effects for inoculated cotton bolls with the value of 52.48%, 51.49%, 49.50% and 47.52%, respectively.
