多极射频结合强力磁脉冲技术针对面部年轻化的疗效观察及安全评估

摘　　要：目的:本试验评估多极射频结合强力磁脉冲技术在面部年轻化中的疗效及安全性。方法:采用多极射频治疗仪(VenusFreezeTM,VENUSCONCEPT,Israel)对20例面部老化的就医者进行治疗,每周1次,共治疗10次。每次治疗前由两位皮肤科专业医生评估面部Fitzpatrick皱纹分级(本试验仅选0.5～2级),并进行VISIA检测,术前、术后采集照片。术后就医者进行满意度(0～10级,0为不满意,10为非常满意)和疼痛评分(0:不疼痛,10:太痛苦)。结果:Fitzpatrick皱纹分级平均值下降(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;满意度平均值>9.0,疼痛评分<2.0。结论:多极射频结合强力磁脉冲技术针对中国人群面部年轻化安全、有效。Objective The present study evaluated the clinical effcacy and safety of the multi-polar radiofrequency and pulsed electromagnetic feld device. Methods 20 Chinses patients underwent ten treatment sessions over 10 weeks.Fitzpatrick wrinkle score （0.5-2） was evaluated by two dermatologists and VISIA complexion analysis system analyzed the facial Photo-aged before each treatment,clinical photographs of the skin were taken before and after the treatment at each week. Satisfaction score （0-10,0dissatisfed,10very satisfed） and pain score （0 no pain, 10 too painful） was determined using weekly questionnaires. Results An average of the Fitzpatrick wrinkle score declined, which had statistical difference （P〈0.01）.The mean satisfaction score was high （〉9） and the mean pain score was low （2.0）. Conclusion The novel combined multi-polar radio frequency and pulsed electromagnetic feld device is safe and effective for Photo-aged skin in Chinese subjects.
