加速康复外科在手背深度烧伤植皮手术治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复外科在手背深度烧伤植皮手术治疗中的应用及其对患者预后的影响。方法:选取2016年11月-2017年11月笔者医院收治的手背深度烧伤植皮患者138例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规康复外科,研究组应用加速康复外科。比较两组患者平均手指关节活动度、皮片下血肿及手术植皮成活情况、手功能恢复情况、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果:研究组平均手指关节活动度、皮片下血肿及手术植皮成活情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手功能恢复各项指标及生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后各时间点VAS评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手背深度烧伤植皮手术治疗的过程中,应用加速康复外科治疗,效果较好,值得在临床上不断推广应用。Objective To explore the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for skin grafting of deep burn on the back of hand and its effect on the prognosis of patients. Methods 138 cases of skin graft of deep burn on the back of hand treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group applied conventional rehabilitation surgery and the research group applied accelerated rehabilitation surgery. The average fnger joint activity, subcutaneous hematoma, skin graft survival, hand function recovery, pain degree and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The mean fnger joint mobility, subcutaneous hematoma and skin grafting survival of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. The scores of hand function recovery and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at all time points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of skin grafting for deep burn on the back of hand, accelerated rehabilitation surgery is effective, which should be popularized and applied in clinic.
