摘 要:当前高校教学中,作业的完成情况不容乐观。为了促进学生认真完成作业,提高作业的质量,首先在师生双方中展开问卷调查,对问卷数据采取了频率分析、均值分析、相关分析和交叉分析,总结出师生在各种策略组合下的得益分布,问卷数据分析结果表明:教师采取宽松策略、学生采取认真策略时,教师的得益最大;教师采取宽松策略、学生采取应付策略时,学生的得益最大;同时也得到了教师和学生在其他各种策略组合的得益。这些得益分析结果可以作为建立作业管理中师生间非合作博弈模型并提出有效的作业管理策略的依据。At present, the reality of homework completing in universities is not such optimistic. In order tofacilitate student completing homework seriously and enhance the teaching quality, a questionnaire survey wasconducted among teachers and students. Then, frequency analysis, mean analysis, correlation analysis and crossanalysis are carried out. As a result, the payoff under various strategy combinations between teachers and studentsis summarized. The results show that the payoff of a teacher is maximized when the teacher adopts "not strict"strategy and the students adopt "complete homework seriously" strategy. The payoff of students is maximized whenthe teacher adopts "not strict" strategy and the students adopt "complete homework improperly" strategy.Meanwhile, the payoff of the rest of strategy combinationsisacquired aswell. These resultsconstitute the data basisfor establishing the game model between a teacher and students in homework administrating and proposingeffectivehomework administrating strategies.
