摘　　要：介绍了PHM试验的定义、作用和应用领域。以轴向柱塞泵PHM试验为分析对象介绍了国内外在PHM试验领域的研究现状。在此基础上，研究分析了轴向柱塞泵的故障模拟试验方法以及全寿命试验方法。给出了PHM试验的基本思路，各试验环节的基本内容以及可应用的试验方法和数据分析方法。The definition, function and application fields of PHM test are introduced. The research status of PHM test field at home and abroad is introduced with the PHM test of axial piston pump as the analysis object. On this basis, the fault simulation test method and the full life test method of the axial piston pump are studied and analyzed. The basic ideas of the PHM test, the basic contents of each test link, and the applicable test methods and the data analysis methods are given.
