摘  要:3m×2m结冰风洞是一种性能复杂、配套设备众多的大型特种风洞,主要用于解决飞机飞行过程中的结冰机理和防护问题,已经于2013年9月建成。动力系统采用单元串联式多电平高压变频器控制风扇电机驱动转子旋转,产生并控制试验段均匀气流,是开展各类试验必备的核心设备。介绍了动力系统控制流程,已经达到的技术指标,接着介绍了系统组成,调试、运行中解决的风扇电机防护、电机转速分辨率、高精度风速反馈等技术问题,列出了转速闭环控制主要测试数据。系统调试、应用表明:动力系统设计合理,功能完善,各项技术指标达到设计要求。The 3m × 2m icing wind tunnel is a large ous supporting equipment. It is mainly used to solve special wind tunnel with complex performace and numer- some problems such as icing mechanism, deicing methods during the flight of aircraft. The wind tunnel was successfully debugged in September 2013. The cell-series multi-level MV driver technology was used to control the fan motors of the power system which brought even airflow as driving impeller, it is a necessary core equipment for carrying out various tests. The power system control flow and the technical indicators that have been reached were introduced, then the system composition was introduced, as well as the technical problems that have been solved in design and debugging such as motor protection, the resolution of motor speed monitoring system and the high precision speed feedback. The main test data were displayed. System debugging and application show that the power system design is reasonable and the function is perfect. Each technical indicator meets the design requirements.
