摘  要:以电源连接器为研究对象,分析电源连接器温升的主要影响因素,确定了接触电阻为最关键因素。进一步对接触电阻各组成:体电阻、收缩电阻、膜层电阻进行深入分析,提炼出各电阻值的影响因素,并结合仿真软件ANSYS得出的接触电阻极限值提出了接触电阻的可靠范围,为电源连接器的设计提供理论参考。Taking the power connector as the research object, the main influencing factors of the temperature rise of the power connector are analyzed, and the contact resistance is determined as the most important factor. Furthermore, the components of contact resistance, such as volume resistance, shrinkage resistance and film re- sistance, are analyzed in depth, and the influencing factors of each resistance value are extracted, and the relia- bility range of contact resistance is put forward in combination with the limit value of contact resistance ob- tained by simulation software ANSYS. It provides a theoretical reference for the design of power connector.
