摘 要:为了提高凝胶调剖剂的耐温性能,以聚丙烯酰胺为主剂,以多元络合铬(Ⅲ)金属为交联剂,研制了一种高温凝胶调剖体系。在凝胶调剖体系成胶机理研究的基础上,详细研究了交联剂质量分数、稳定剂质量分数、温度、p H值和矿化度等因素对凝胶体系黏度的影响,并进行了室内岩心封堵实验。结果表明:该凝胶体系具有较好的耐温性能,聚丙烯酰胺和三价铬离子能够形成具有三维空间立体网状结构的凝胶体系;当温度升高时,分子链运动加快,发生卷曲收缩,并抑制聚丙烯酰胺分子链的构象变化,同时分子链的收缩也受到一定的限制,分子链尺寸在一定程度上得以保留;当聚丙烯酰胺质量浓度为3 000 mg/L、交联剂质量分数为0. 4%、稳定剂质量分数为0. 4%、p H值为9. 0、温度为106℃、矿化度为30 000 mg/L时,凝胶体系的黏度可达7 120 m Pa·s;同时,该凝胶体系对不同渗透率的岩心均具有较好的封堵性,封堵率达98. 57%以上。In order to enhance the temperature-resistance performance of the gel profile-controlling agent, taking the polyacrylamide as the main agent and the multiple complex chromium (Ⅲ) metal as the cross-linking agent, one kind of high-temperature gel profile-controlling system was developed. On the bases of the research on the gel- ling mechanism of the gel profile-controlling system, the influences of the cross-linking-agent and stabilizing-agent mass fractors, temperature, pH value, salinity and so forth on the viscosity of the gel system were researched in de- tail, and moreover the indoor core plugging experiment was conducted. The results show that the gel system posses- ses much better temperature-resistance performance, the HPAM and trivalent chromic ion can form the gel system with three-dimensional space mesh structures; when the temperature increases, the molecular chains move faster and crimp contraction, and furthermore inhibit the conformational changes of the polyacrylamide chains, limit the contraction of the molecular chains and moreover the molecular chain size can be preserved in some extent; when the HPAM mass concentration is 3 000 mg/L, the cross-linking-agent mass fractor is 0. 3%, the stabilizing-agent mass fractor is 0. 4%, the pH value is 9.0, the temperature is 106℃ and the salinity is 30 000 mg/L, the viscosity of the gel system can reach up to 7 120 mPa·s. At the same time, the gel system possesses much better plug- ging performance for the cores with different permeabilities, and the block rate is over 98.57%.
