摘  要:超声波多普勒多相流测试仪是一种即可用于两相流也可用于三相流产出剖面测井的仪器,该仪器录取的是井筒中各离散相因相对运动而产生的多普勒信号。通过对原始信号进行频谱变换,利用广义高斯函数拟合谱峰参数并计算原始信号统计特征值和功率谱统计特征值,运用聚类分析方法选取对三相流油、气、水反映敏感的时域特征值和频域特征值,最后利用最小二乘支持向量机对特征值进行训练,实现油、气、水各相流量的预测,预测精度满足现场应用需求。Ultrasonic Doppler multiphase flow tester is a kind of the instrument which can be used both in two- phase-flow and in three-phase-flow production profile loggings. The instrument collects Doppler signal data which are generated by the relative motion of the discrete phases in the wellbore. With the help of the spectral transformation of the original signal and the the fit peak parameters of the generalized Ganssian function, the statistical charac- teristic values of both the original signal and the power spectrum were calculated. And moreover by using cluster analyzing method, the sensitive characteristic values of both the time and frequency domains were extracted to the reflections of the three-phase-flow oil, gas and water. Finally by means of the least squares support vector machine, the values were trained to predict the flows of the oil, gas and water, the predicted precision can meet the require- ments of the field application.
