摘　　要：阿尔梅勒是一座靠近阿姆斯特丹的新建城市。它的首批居民于40年前来到此地。如今，该市第一区内最老的街区已开始了翻新工程。阿尔梅勒以绿色城市的概念兴建，其各个区域均拥有不同特色，但绿色元素是他们共同的主线——这一特点必须保持。科思一泰兰斯以奇特而低调的手法满足了这种需求。一栋5层高拥有27间三居室的公寓，被设计成专供老年人人住的花同住宅。阳台环绕大楼伸展而开。仿佛小后院一般与生活区的公其花园相连。Almere is a new city close to Amsterdam. Its first residents arrived 40 years ago. Now, renovation has started on the oldest neighbourhood in the city＇s first district. Almere is established as a green city. Its districts all have different characteristics, but the green element is a common thread, This should remain. Korthtielens fulfilled this demand in a surprising and understated manner. A block of 5 floors with 27 3-room apartments for elderly residents is set up and developed as a Garden House. The balconies stretch around the building and metaphorically connect to the communal gardens of the living area like small backyards.
