摘　　要：高层住宅中电梯是居住者垂直交通的主要途径,很大程度影响着居住品质。以北京高层住宅为例,本文首先分析了高层住宅电梯在使用和设计时出现的问题,归纳总结国外电梯服务评价标准与数量计算方法,再对常见高层住宅电梯的服务水平进行计算评价,并提出高层住宅电梯配置数量的建议。As the primary ways of vertical transportation, elevators in high-rise residential buildings directly influence on the living quailW. Taking high-tise residential buildings in Beijing as examples, this thesis analyzes the problems in the use and design of elevators in high-rise residential buildings at first. Based on the summary of evaluation standard and calculation of elevators in foreign countries, this thesis calculates as well as evaluating the service of elevators in common high-rise residential buildings. According to the research before-mentioned, this thesis develops recommendations about the number of elevators in high-rise residential buildings.
