摘  要:针对中国某中钢含钛焊接用钢连铸过程中对耐材性能的影响进行了理论分析和现场实验,结果表明:长水口与浸入式水口(以下统称水口)易与钢水中Ti发生化学反应造成侵蚀。通过改进水口的理化指标,水口的使用时间均提高至4 h左右;结晶器保护渣易与钢水中Ti反应导致性能改变,影响使用效果,通过优化保护渣组分,改善了保护渣的现场使用性能。Theoretical analysis and field experiments of the effect of welding steel containing titanium on change of refractory material property in the continuous casting process were carried out.The results show that the nozzles(short for long nozzle and submerged nozzle)are easy to corrode by chemical reaction with titanium in molten steel.The service time of nozzle is increased to 4 hours by optimizing its physicochemical index.The property of mold flux is changed by chemical reaction with titanium,which causes the deterioration of using performance.The application effect of mold flux is improved by optimizing its components.
