摘 要:以70#沥青为基质,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,绥中减三线糠醛抽出油为相容剂,HMD-1为稳定剂,制备出改性沥青。结果表明:在发育时间为8 h的条件下,随着改性剂加入质量分数的增加,改性沥青的针入度降低,软化点、延度、弹性恢复和黏度逐渐提高;在发育时间相同的条件下,随着扫描温度的升高,不同试样的车辙因子均降低;在相同的扫描温度及发育时间下,随着改性剂加入质量分数的增加,不同试样的车辙因子提高;随着剪切频率、改性剂加入质量分数及发育时间的增加,不同试样的复数剪切应力增加。The modified asphalt was prepared with 70# asphalt as matrix, styrene - butadiene - styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) as modifier, furfural ex- tract oil from reduced - pressure third line as com- patibilizer,HMD- 1 as stabilizer. The results showed that under the condition of development time 8 h, with the rising of mass fraction of modifier, the pene- tration of modified asphalt decreased, softening point, ductility, elastic recovery and viscosity gradu- ally increased. Under the same condition, with the increasing of scanning temperature, the rutting factorof different samples decreased;at the same scanning temperature and development time ,with the increas- ing of the added mass fraction of modifier, the rut- ting factor of different samples improved. With the increasing of load frequency, addition mass fraction of modifier and development time, complex shear stress of different samples all increased.
