摘 要:改造后的中国石油兰州石化公司40万t/a芳烃抽提装置,自加工能力提高后,汽提塔发生数次发泡现象。针对此问题,采用控制进料组成,优化抽提系统操作条件、工艺流程和助剂系统等措施,对装置进行了改进。结果表明:于2017年11月至2018年5月装置改进后,仅发生过1次发泡现象,低于装置改进前(2017年4—10月)的9次,改进效果良好。After the processing capability in- creased in a 0.4 Mt/a armoatics extraction unit of Lanzhou Petrochem'ical Company, PetroChina, the several bubbling phenomena occurred in the strip- ping column. The unit was improved by controlling feed composition and optimizing operating conditions and technological process of the extraction system. The results showed that the bubbling phenomena oc-curred only once from November 2017 and May 2018 after the improvement, which was lower than 9 times before the modification (April to October 2017 ). The improved effect was better.
