摘  要:采用质量损失率法、丁二烯过氧化物含量法及聚合物称量法对叔丁基邻苯二酚(TBC)、二乙基羟胺(DEHA)和阻聚剂M(主要成分4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-氧基哌啶)3种阻聚剂的应用效果进行了评价,并考察了上述评价方法的条件及平行性。结果表明:采用上述3种评价方法得到的阻聚剂的阻聚效果一致;单独使用时,阻聚剂M的阻聚效果最佳;复配使用时,TBC-阻聚剂M(二者质量比为1∶1)的阻聚效果最佳;建议采用聚合物称量法对丁二烯阻聚剂进行评价。The inhibition effects of butadiene inhibitors of tert - butyl catechol (TBC), diethyl- hydroxylamine ( DEHA ) and inhibitor M ( main composition 4- hydroxyl - 2, 2, 6, 6 - four methyl- 1- oxygen piperidine) were evaluated by the mass loss, butadiene peroxide content and polymer weighing methods, and the conditions and parallelism of three evaluation methods were investigated. The results showed that the polymerization inhibition effect obtained by the evaluation methods wasconsistent. The inhibition effect of inhibitor M was the best when used alone, and the inhibition effect of TBC and inhibitor M was the best, when the mass ratio of TBC to inhibitor M was 1 : 1. The polymer weighing method was recommended to evaluate butadiene inhibitors.
