摘　　要：概率论与数理统计是高等学校理工科与经济管理类各专业的一门重要基础理论课,掌握好该门课程的重点有助于教好、学好该课程.通过具体实例对随机事件的独立性、全概率公式与贝叶斯（Bayes）公式等重点问题给出了深入系统分析和推广应用.Probability and statistics is an important and compulsory basic course for the undergraduate students who major in science and technology, business and economics. It is critical for both students and teachers to understand exactly its basic concepts and fundamental theorems. In this paper we study deeply independence of events, theorem of total probability, Bayes＇ theorem, and their extensions and applications.
