高级生产要素积累与对外直接投资规模

摘　　要：国际直接投资的本质是以资本为载体的生产要素国际流动与重新组合,这是当前全球化经济深入发展的根本动力,发达国家跨国公司作为国际直接投资活动的主导者,扮演着生产要素流动与重组的组织者与实施者的重要角色。文章深入研究对外直接投资规模变化要素层面的成因,选取6个发达国家共20年的相关数据,使用面板数据向量自回归模型进行实证研究,结果显示,专利技术、研发实力、品牌经营管理以及货币资本等高级要素的积累对其对外直接投资行为有直接推动作用,同时也探讨了若干有利于高级要素培育与积累的途径。The international flow and re-combination of production factors is the essential characteristics of foreign direct investment. It is also the fundamental driving force of the economic globalization development. Multinational companies in developed countries,as the leading players in foreign direct investment activities,play an important role in the international flow and re-combination of production factors. This article analyzes the causes of developed countries' OFDI from the production factors perspective. Using panel data vector autoregressive model for empirical research,we found advanced production factors such as patented technology,R&D strength,brand management and monetary capital have the positive effect on its foreign direct investment. In addition,we found a number of factors conducive to the cultivation and accumulation of advanced production factors.
