摘 要:基于Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机、光学显微镜与显微硬度计,研究了高Cr耐候钢不同冷却速率下的连续冷却转变行为与形变对奥氏体组织转变的影响规律。结果表明:未变形奥氏体在冷却速率≤0. 2℃/s时,其组织为准多边形铁素体与少量珠光体;当冷却速率为0. 5~1℃/s时,其组织由准多边形铁素体与贝氏体组成;当冷速大于2℃/s时,其组织为贝氏体。当奥氏体经30%变形后,对试验钢组织类型未发生改变;当形变温度较高时,其组织相对粗大,组织中贝氏体以粒状贝氏体为主。在低冷速条件下,形变对试验钢硬度有一定影响,800℃形变时硬度稍低于未形变时硬度,850℃形变时硬度稍高于未变形时硬度,900℃形变时硬度与未形变时相当。Based on the Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanilcal simulator,optical microscope and micro hardness tester,the effect of austenite deformation on the microstructure and continuous cooling transformation of high Cr weathering steel under different cooling speeds was studied. The results show that microstructure of the tested steel is a mixture of quasi-polygonal ferrite with only a little pearlite at the cooling speed of no more than 0. 2 ℃/s,but microstructure of the tested steel is composed of quasi polygonal ferrite and bainite when cooling speed is between 0. 5 ℃/s and 1 ℃/s,and the microstructure is bainite at the cooling speed of great than 2 ℃/s. The microstructure remained unchanged after 30% austenite deformation. When the deformation temperature is higher,granular bainite is main constituent with relative coarse microstructure. Under the condition of low cooling rate,the hardness of the test steel is influenced by deformation. The hardness of the sample deformed at 800 ℃ is slightly lower than that of the undeformed,the one deformed at 850 ℃ is slightly higher than that of the undeformed,and the one deformed at 900 ℃ is equivalent to that of the undeformed.
