摘 要:对淬火、回火后30CrMnSiA钢进行了深冷处理,研究了深冷处理工艺对其力学性能和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明,深冷处理对30CrMnSiA钢尺寸稳定性具有显著影响,但对其强度、塑性、断裂韧性及硬度等力学性能则影响不大。过高(≥-100℃)和过低(≤-196℃)深冷温度均不利于尺寸稳定性。距开口测试时间超过3天后,残余应力基本释放完毕,尺寸变化率保持不变。从增加尺寸稳定性考虑,深冷处理工艺应以深冷温度为-150℃、保温时间为2 h为宜,此时尺寸变化率为0. 02%。Cryogenic treatment of 30CrMnSiA steel with a quenching and tempering microstructure was conducted. The effects of cryogenic treatment on mechanical properties and dimensional stability of 30CrMnSiA steel was investigated. The results indicate that there has a significant effect of cryogenic treatment on dimensional stability,while no obvious effect of cryogenic treatment on mechanical properties such as strength and ductile,fracture toughness and hardness of the steel. The cryogenic temperature higher than-100 ℃ or lower than-196 ℃is unfavourable to the dimensional stability of the steel. When the dimensional stability test time exceeding 3 days,the residual stress is almost released and the dimensional change rate remains unchanged. The feasible temperature of-150 ℃ and feasible holding time of 2 h will be expected as viewed from improving the dimensional stability.
