摘　　要：介绍了多辊轧机M2高速钢工作辊的特性,详述了M2高速钢工作辊淬火工艺的试验、试制过程及达到的性能指标,并制定了热处理工艺规范,推广到三种规格产品的批量生产,合格率≥95%。The characteristics of M2 high speed steel work roll of multi-roll mill are introduced. The development process and performance index of quenching process of M2 high speed steel work roll are described in detail. The heat treatment process specification is worked out,which is extended to three kinds of batch productions,and the qualified rate is more than 95%.
