摘  要:利用拉伸试验机、霍普金森拉杆装置,对比研究了室温下F700高强钢应变速率在5000 s^(-1)范围内静态与动态下的力学性能。研究表明:F700钢静态时具有良好的塑韧性;F700钢具有应变速率强化效应,应变速率为3300 s^(-1)时,应变速率敏感性开始降低。F700钢吸收能量随应变速率的增加而增加,在应变速率达到4800 s^(-1)后趋于稳定,约245 J/cm^3。通过对试验数据进行本构方程拟合,得到了F700钢室温下应变速率在5000 s^(-1)范围内的Johnson-Cook本构模型。Mechanical properties of F700 high-strength steel at static and dynamic states within the strain rate of 5000 s^(-1)were obtained by using tensile tests and split Hopkinson tension bar at ambient temperature.The results indicate that the F700 steel has good ductility and toughness at static condition.The steel has strain rate strengthening effect,and the strain rate sensitivity reduces when the strain rate reaches 3300 s^(-1).The energy absorption is increased with the increase of strain rate and then reaches stabilized at about 4800 s^(-1)with 245 J/cm^3.The Johnson-Cook model has been obtained through the experimental data.
