从核心课程实施到支持性环境创设:高校创业人才培养研究——以美国巴布森学院为例  被引量:6

摘  要:高校创业教育在注重核心课程建设的同时需要加强支持性环境的创设。美国巴布森学院自1968年在本科生中开始创业教育,从核心课程实施到支持性环境创设等方面有不少特色做法,如以新生适应与思维开拓为导向的一年级研讨会、以创业实践为导向的管理和创业基础课程、以学生个人认知与能力培养为导向的领导力与团队合作计划等等,同时在时间支持、技能辅助、机构助力、校企合作等方面均为创业教育支持性环境创设提供了有力支撑。我国高校创业教育可以借鉴该校有益经验:强化创业导师遴选和考核机制中的实践化导向;重视校内浸入式创业深度学习微情境的构建;探索在更多课程中植入创业理论和精神教育;提升学生的创业社会责任感和创业国际视野。The University entrepreneurship education needs to strengthen the creation of supportive environment, while focusing on the construction of core curriculum. Since entrepreneurship education has been initiated among undergraduate students in 1968, the Babson College has many special practices from the implementation of core curriculum to the creation of supportive environment, such as the First-Year Seminar (FYS) oriented from freshman adaption and thinking development, Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship(FME) oriented from entrepreneurial practice, Coaching for Leadership & Teamwork Program(CLTP) oriented from the cultivation of students" personal cognition and ability, etc. The Babson College also provides a strong support for the creation and establishment of supportive environment in entrepreneurship education in terms of time support, skills and institution assistance and cooperation between schools and enterprises. The University entrepreneurship education in China can learn from successful experience of the Babson College from the following points. Schools should strengthen the orientation of practice in selection and assessment of entrepreneurial mentors, focus on the construction of immersive and deep learning micro-situation of entrepreneurship learning in school, explore the implantation of entrepreneurship theory and spiritual education in more courses and enhance students" sense of entrepreneurial social responsibility and international vision of entrepreneurship.
