种植体不同基台连接方式对上颌单个前牙种植修复美学的影响比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较种植体不同基台连接方式对上颌单个前牙种植修复美学的影响。方法以2016年1月至2017年1月在锦陈牙科实施上颌单个前牙种植修复的患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组28例,采用士卓曼穿龈式植体,研究组28例,采用ankylos平台转换种植体,对比两种种植体基台连接方式对种植修复美学的影响。结果研究组患者种植修复美学评分(12.45±1.02)高于对照组(10.21±0.66),两组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论平台转换种植体在上颌单个前牙种植修复中效果显著。Objective to compare influence of different implant connection platform on implant and repair aesthetics of maxillary single anterior teeth. Methods treat 56 patients with implant and repair of maxillary single anterior teeth in Jinchen dental from January 2016 to January 2017 as research objects, divide them into control and study group randomly, 28 cases in control group, with Stroman＇s gingiva implant, 28 cases in study group with ankylos platform conversion implant. Compare influence of two implant platform connection modes for implant and repaie aesthetics. Results implant repair aesthetic scores of study group（12.45±1.02） was higher than control group（10.21±0.66）, and comparison showed significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion platform conversion implants have significant effect on implant and repair of single maxillary anterior teeth.
