摘　　要：设计了一种卷料激光自动化生产线,它是集成了卷料矫平系统、激光切割系统、机器人自动分拣系统的自动化生产线设备。通过采用卷料钢板为原材料进行连续生产,提高了材料利用率,节省了人工成本,具有全自动化生产能力。该设计能够为新自动化生产线的研发提供参考。The automatic laser cutting production line of steel coil has been designed. It consists of coil leveling system, laser cutting system, and robot automatic sorting device. By taking the steel coil as the raw material as well as continuous production, the material utilization has been improved and the labor cost has been saved with capability of fully automated production. This design can provide reference for the development of new automated production lines.
