摘  要:雷电连续电流分量作用时间长、转移电荷量大,对金属接闪器烧蚀效果明显,是飞行器表面材料雷电直接效应考核中最受关注的项目,GJB 3567等相关试验标准要求试验间隙距离不小于5 cm以模拟弧根效应,电弧间隙长度、极性及高压电极对试验效应的影响还未引起关注。因而开展了雷电连续电流对铝合金板材烧蚀特性的试验,研究了正负极性、间隙长度、高压电极材料等对连续电流波形和电弧烧蚀效应的影响。结果表明:间隙长度和高压电极对烧蚀效果影响不明显,而连续电流极性对电流波形和烧蚀效果均有影响;正极性电弧烧蚀效果比较集中,一般为1个或2个6 mm×4 mm的凸起,铝合金板上有白色的烧蚀痕迹,负极性电弧烧蚀效果比较分散,表现为多个很小的烧蚀点,且铝合金板上没有白色痕迹。因此开展正、负极性直接效应试验是必要的,以利于分别鉴别损伤效应。研究结果为标准修订时明确电极种类、间隙要求提供了依据。The continuous current component of lightning current has obvious ablation effect due to its long duration time and large amount of transfer charge, and it is the most popular item in the evaluation of lightning direct effect on aircraft surface materials. GJB 3567 and other relevant test standards require test gap distance between high voltage electrode and test object not less than 5 cm in order to simulate the arc root effect. Consequently, we experimentally investigated continuous current of lightning current on the ablation characteristics of aluminum alloy sheets, and studied the influences of positive and negative polarity of current, the length of the gap, and high voltage electrode materials on continuous current waveform and arc ablation effect. The results show that effects of the gap length and the high voltage electrode type have no obvious ablation effect, where the continuous current polarity will affect current waveform and the ablation effect. Positive arc ablation effect is generally concentrated in one or two 6 mm×4 mm of the bulge, and aluminum alloy plate with white ablation traces, negative arc ablation effect is more dispersed, showing a number of small ablation point, and aluminum plate without white traces. Positive and negative lightning direct effect test are necessary to separately identify the different damage effect. The results are important to the revision of the standard for clearing electrode type and gap requiement.
