一种无线遥控系统及其在压缩式垃圾车上的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍一种基于Zig Be e协议的压缩式垃圾车无线遥控系统,该系统主要包括手持遥控器和车载控制器两部分。手持遥控器通过按键发送无线控制命令,车载控制器安装于压缩式垃圾车车身的电控箱中,通过无线模块接收遥控器操作指令,并结合传感器采集的车辆状态信息控制车辆上的执行机构,实现压缩式垃圾车的各种功能。该无线遥控系统已通过相关环境和EMC(电磁兼容)试验,并成功应用于某型压缩式垃圾车。实践证明,该无线遥控系统操控便捷,能耗低,通信距离远,能够满足压缩式垃圾车的控制需求,提高操作人员的工作舒适性。It is introducing a radio remote con-trol system for compress type garbage trucks as based on a ZigB ee agreement that the system consists mainly 2 parts, i.e. a hand-held remote controller, and an on-board controller. The hand-held controller sends control demand through keys. The on-board controller is fixed in the electric control box in the truck's body, and receives operational demand from the remote control through radio modules, while controlling the actuat-ing mechanism on-board together with the sensors to collect information about the vehicle status, to have realized the truck's functions. The radio remote control system has passed relevant en-vironment tests and EMC tests before successfully applied to a compress type garbage truck. The practice proves that the remote control system is portable and easy to operate, low in power usage, long in call distance, and meet control needs of such trucks, besides increasing comfort for the operator.
